Commissary Cooks are responsible for the preparation of batch recipe items such as sauces, dressings, and other items to support multiple profit centers within the business. We seek Team Members with a commitment to upholding quality standards and aim to grow with our brand. The candidate is motivated to maintain high culinary standards and to ensure enough backstock on all prep items. Prep cooks are expected to provide back of house tasks and preparation. Prep cooks will work with a lead Chef and report to the Head Commissary Chef. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Professional work ethic. Team player that is willing to learn with a positive attitude. Some previous prep experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow recipes. Agility to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner. Effective communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors. Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner. Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and solve issues. Knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to lift, pull, push, carry up to 30 pounds/ stand for extended periods of time. Have weekend and evening availability. Must have a Valid ID and Social Security Card. Must be vaccinated and proof of vaccination.
